You can use our offices at The Business Centre as your business base, call handling (fulltime or overflow), administration and typing support. Our office can also be used as your virtual office, which means you work from home but we can support you with a professional image and secretarial assistance as required. Standard charge from £90.00 per month (immediate message transfer or end of day message update).
Shared use of Gothic House number for £70.00 per month (subject to number of calls). Rates for more time intensive call handling on application.
Line rental and call costs are paid directly by the client.

£13.00 per 1000 words, between £15.00 and £17.00 per hour dependent on expertise required.
Correspondence, invoices, estimates
£7.00 (single page), £10.50 (2 pages), etc. including envelope and copy (longer items at £15.00 per hour - pro rata).
Mail merge, graphs, spreadsheets, presentations
From £25.00 per hour.
Open disk/ file £3.00 plus time for any amendments.
Digital audio transcription
Tapes, sound files: £16.00 per hour.
Proof reading/ editing/ copy checking
